If verified, this would violate federal campaign finance laws. Boebert was so proud of herself, she even posted a photo on Twitter after the event. This is exactly the kind of corrupt misuse of campaign money that landed disgraced former Rep. George Santos in prison. It is apparently no coincidence that Boebert fought to get Santos a pardon from Trump: she must have thought she could be next.
