It’s Andie Levien, General Counsel for the DNC. It’s my job to oversee all legal issues related to the Party’s work, which includes taking Trump to court.

Here’s what’s happening right now:

Republicans are so worried that they can’t compete with our grassroots donor base that they’re asking the Supreme Court to change campaign finance rules to give their billionaire donors even more influence. JD Vance himself is leading the charge.

So Democrats stepped in –– fighting with everything we’ve got to keep those limits in place.

This week, we argued against Trump and Vance before the Supreme Court to protect our democracy from billionaire interference.

But here’s the thing: These aren’t easy cases to win. That’s why the DNC needs a surge of grassroots support to help us hand the billionaire-backed president a crucial defeat.

So, if you’re ready to join us in our fight to beat Donald Trump and Republicans in court to ensure that the integrity of our democracy and our elections remain intact, and to elect Democrats up and down the ballot in 2026, we’re asking you to chip in $7 or whatever makes sense for you today.
