In all my years leading the Pacific Justice Institute, I have never written an email like this one.

For decades, Pacific Justice Institute has stood courageously for religious freedom, parental rights, the sanctity of life, and civil liberties.

We have fought in courtrooms across the country.

We have defended families, churches, teachers, pastors, workers, students, and ministries, often when no one else would.

But the need has grown. The pressure on believers has intensified. And the opposition is more coordinated than ever.

We are now seeing cases arise in all 50 states - at a pace we have never witnessed before.

For the first time in our nation’s history, we are staring at a cultural moment where millions of people of faith could find themselves standing alone…

What the 25-50 Vision Will Do:

1. Place 25 new attorneys across all 50 states

We are raising $3,000,000 in 12 months to establish a legal presence in every corner of America.

This will allow us to:

• Respond immediately when a church, school, or family calls for help
• File cases faster
• Build long-term precedent that shapes the legal landscape for generations
• Ensure no believer ever hears the words: “We’re sorry - we don’t have coverage in your state”

2. Build a permanent national legal infrastructure

This is not a temporary surge.
It is a generational investment - one that will shape the future of religious freedom for decades.

3. Empower local communities

Every attorney we place becomes an anchor for:
• Churches
