* FREE TINA! TRUMP PARDONS TINA PETERS. Lawyers for the persecuted former Mesa County Clerk have formally asked President Trump to pardon Tina Peters. They suggest a unique legal theory they claim allows Trump to issue the pardon even though Peters’ case is not federal, but state. Thursday Trump posted on Truth Social…”Today I am granting Tina Peters a full pardon for her attempts to expose voter fraud in the rigged 2020 election. * WHAT’S NEXT? This is a huge step forward but now the big question is… will Colorado honor the pardon and set Tina free? Unfortunately that is not likely, at least not without a court battle. Meanwhile, her lawyers say she continues to suffer ill health and alleged attacks from other inmates. Trump’s DOJ is investigating Colorado’s Department of Corrections.
* MOSTLY BAD BUT SOME POSSIBLE GOOD NEWS IN LATEST FEDERAL COURT RULING REGARDING BOND FOR TINA. Meanwhile, a federal judge this week dismissed Tina’s federal request to be released on bond because the judge ruled he cannot intervene in the case as it is still playing out in state court. That’s the bad news. But there is a glimmer of hope down the road as the judge went out of his way to say “without question, Ms. Peters raises important constitutional questions about whether the trial judge improperly punished her more severely because of her protected First Amendment speech.” The corrupt trial judge made outrageous statements during the harsh sentencing and this could mean that should the issue ever get before the federal court again Tina might expect a positive outcome. * CD3 CANDIDATE HOPE SCHEPPELMAN PICKS UP ANOTHER HUGE ENDORSEMENT. Another top leader of the conservative caucus at the State Legislature is throwing her full support behind Scheppelman’s bid to unseat RINO Jeff Hurd. Rep. Brandi Bradley says Sheppelman is someone you can count on to protect your children and taxpayers. Unlike “say anything but do nothing” Hurd.
