Email from Republican Party of Arkansas   The Republican Party of Arkansas is proud to support Justice Nick Bronni as he seeks reelection to the Arkansas Supreme Court. He is an originalist who believes that the role of the judicial branch should be to interpret laws as they were intended and not to legislate from the benches. In addition, he served as Solicitor General of Arkansas from 2018 to 2024. In his capacity, he argued and won 2 cases before the United States Supreme Court and successfully argued for many conservative causes including, but not limited to, defending girls' sports from the Biden Administration's attempt to rewrite Title IX, protecting 2nd Amendment rights, and standing up for small businesses. He has a strong legal background which makes him more than qualified for a position in Arkansas' Supreme Court.
