Do you support a federal abortion ban with no exceptions? Me neither.

But somehow, we are represented by an extremist who does. Congressman Scott Perry has spent his long career in Washington co-sponsoring a federal abortion ban.

Right now, he is attacking Mifepristone — a drug that has been approved and proven safe for a quarter of a century.

I was on live television when the news came down about Roe v. Wade being overturned. I had to look into the camera in a nonpartisan way and tell every woman watching that her rights had been rolled back 50 years. It took a big chunk out of my heart.

And since then, I have watched Scott Perry seize every opportunity he has to continue turning back the clock on women's rights.

As an outspoken advocate for women's reproductive freedom myself, I know our rights are non-negotiable. I will always fight for a woman's right to choose.

Central PA deserves better than Scott Perry's extremism, but I cannot flip this seat alone. We need all our friends and neighbors to know just how dangerous Perry is for our district AND the country.
