John, it's Suki!
My dad has been working like a dog lately — running around NM-02 to help our friends, neighbors, and all their furry companions!
But there’s a big problem, John. I keep hearing dad talk about a guy named Mike from work who’s pouring six million dollars into races like my dad’s so he loses his job. It’s really got my tail in a knot!
Why would Mike want to do that? I see how hard Dad fights for things that matter: making sure everyone can see a doctor without going broke, bringing good-paying jobs to our state, and protecting our beautiful land and water.
So, what’s Mike’s problem? I don’t get it!
Anyway, my dad says he needs 1,000 supporters by Saturday at midnight to make a strong showing on his final FEC report later this month. It’s his way of showing Mike that he’s not just going to roll over and play dead.
