🚨 BREAKING NEWS 🚨
A federal judge in Florida just approved the release of long-sealed Epstein grand jury documents, launching the most significant disclosure of Epstein-related material in nearly 20 years.
Let’s be clear: This only happened because Democrats forced the issue.
Congress passed a law last month requiring the Justice Department to release all Epstein files by December 19. Trump signed it only after realizing Republicans were about to join us and make the release inevitable.
Now the court has confirmed what we’ve insisted all along — the public deserves the truth.
These records come from the original 2005–2008 Florida investigation, the one that resulted in Epstein’s shockingly lenient plea deal. Judges resisted unsealing this testimony for years. Meanwhile, Trump and his allies promised transparency in public while quietly blocking it behind the scenes.
But our oversight work — the subpoenas, the hearings, and the release of those explosive Epstein emails mentioning Trump and other powerful figures — created the pressure that made this moment unavoidable.
Today’s decision is a breakthrough, but the fight isn’t over. DOJ still needs judicial approval to release each transcript and must navigate intense political pressure to keep these files buried. The next weeks will decide whether we get real transparency — or another attempted cover-up.
This is why oversight matters. Why persistence matters. And why we can’t back down now.
We are closer than ever to the truth.
