Today, I have another exciting endorsement to share with you. The Democratic Environmental Caucus of Florida (DECF) has solidified their support for our efforts to protect and preserve the Sunshine State!

Central Florida is known for its natural beauty, long-term water supply, and incredible beaches. We are also lucky to have fertile land and a year-round growing season that feeds our country and other parts of the world. Although this is a huge blessing, it is our responsibility to treat our land and water with respect, because we owe our livelihood to them. That's why I am fighting to block Florida offshore oil drilling, restore the Everglades and Kissimmee River, stop red tide, protect endangered species and save the Great Florida Reef!

As your representative, I have always stood up to corporate polluters and have constantly shut down efforts to further damage our environment. The interests of our district must be at the forefront, and I look forward to working with the DECF to support and promote suitable action on critical environmental issues and legislation.
