New internal documents at the Social Security Administration reveal plans to shutter Social Security offices, and drive 15 million people away from in-person service, and onto their AI-powered phone system.

This move comes on the heels of a year of destruction at the Social Security Administration.

First, Elon Musk and DOGE spread lies about fraud, claiming that Social Security’s shortfall was the result of immigrants collecting benefits for 150-year-olds.

Then, in the course of “investigating” those claims, they published the entire Social Security NUMIDENT file on an insecure server, which contains sensitive personal and financial details for every American―a hacker’s dream.

They also fired or pushed out 7,000 workers at SSA, sending wait times soaring to the point that the Administration stopped publishing the data on average wait times.

Now, instead of restoring our Social Security system to the standards generations of Americans were able to rely upon, the Trump administration is looking to close the last reliable way to talk to a real person about their Social Security benefits.

If this plan goes through, seniors will spend their retirement waiting on hold instead of spending time with their grandkids. It has to be stopped. Send a message to the one man who could do so.

Who’s behind this? Donald Trump’s corrupt SSA commissioner Frank Bisignano, who is under investigation for exaggerating financial projections as CEO of Fiserv. Bisignano dumped his Fiserv stock and made a jump to the Social Security Administration before his faulty accounting was revealed, sending the stock tumbling.

Bisignano literally told workers at SSA that he had to Google Social Security when Trump offered him the job―and now he’s leading the charge to dismantle the system entirely.

This administration’s plan has been clear from the jump: make it more and more frustrating to access Social Security benefits, then use the chaos to privatize the system and hand the $2.7 trillion trust fund to Wall Street speculators.

Send a message directly to Social Security Commissioner Frank Bisignano, and tell him: stop destroying our Social Security system! Restore the jobs that DOGE slashed, and then resign.
