DECEMBER 2025

What a night—our Annual Public Service Award Dinner brought together leaders across industries and raised a record-breaking $10 million to fuel our social impact. We also continued our Veterans crisis prevention work with the U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs, launching new creative affirming every Veteran’s right to care and connection. And our latest drug-impaired driving work with the National Highway Traffic Safety Administration challenges the myths young drivers tell themselves about driving high. Keep reading for a closer look at the moments and partnerships shaping our work!

A $10 Million Night, Powered by Progress

Together with our partners and supporters, we raised a record-breaking $10 million at our 71st Annual Public Service Award Dinner. Hosted by the incomparable Whoopi Goldberg, alongside ABC’s Sam Champion and former NFL quarterback Jesse Palmer, the night was full of energy, celebration and purpose. We had the honor of recognizing NFL Commissioner Roger Goodell for the league’s long-standing commitment to social impact and player safety. The evening also celebrated Champions for Good, including Olympian and mental health advocate Chaunté Lowe, community violence intervention leader Freedom Jones, and the DuRard family of Jonathan’s Path, whose personal stories bring to life the depth, purpose and heart of our work. With more than 1,500 leaders in the room, the evening was a powerful reminder of what we can accomplish when industries come together with a shared mission. Relive the excitement of the night!

New Creative Reminds Veterans, You Deserve Because You Served

We're proud to share that, alongside our partners at the U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs, we released compelling new creative from our "Don’t Wait. Reach Out." campaign. Developed pro bono by GSD&M and brought to life by director Dominique DeLeon, this work centers a truth we hear often from Veterans—many wrestle with whether they deserve support at all. That hesitation is especially urgent to address given that Veteran suicide rates are more than double those of non-Veteran adults. In the creative titled “You Are a Veteran,” we honor Veterans’ identities, affirm their worthiness of care, and show that reaching out is an act of strength—not a sign of weakness. Get inspired, watch the creative today!

Debunking Drug-Impaired Driving Myths

Driving high is still illegal everywhere, yet our latest research shows too many young men across the country think marijuana doesn’t affect their ability to drive. That’s why, together with our long-time partners at the National Highway Traffic Safety Administration, we launched new creative confronting those misconceptions head-on. Created pro bono by Standard Practice and produced by Spark & Riot, “Tell That to Them” flips the excuses people tell themselves and shows the real consequences of driving high. Watch the powerful new creative!
