Dear Mr. John xxxxxx

Health care tax credits through the Affordable Care Act have helped thousands of hardworking Americans afford the care they need.

Without immediate action by Congress, these cost-saving tax credits will expire at the end of the month – meaning people’s health care premiums will skyrocket.

In FL-20 people will see their health care costs rise. A 60 year old couple earning $85,600 a year will see their premiums rise by $27,347 and an average family of four earning $66,000 a year will see their premiums rise by $2,651, according to the House Budget Committee Minority.

You deserve better. I have joined every single House Democrat in demanding an up-or-down vote on a three-year extension of the Affordable Care Act tax credits. If just a handful of Republicans sign this discharge petition, the House will be able to vote to stop these premium hikes.

I want to hear from you: Should Congress extend cost-saving ACA tax credits?

 • Yes
 • No

It is my honor to represent you and your family in Congress. I’m fighting to reverse Republican policies that have broken the health care system and raised prices so that you can afford the care you need and breathe easier.

Sincerely,
