Friend, Colin Allred is a true Texan through and through.
He was born in Dallas and raised by a single mom who was a teacher and sometimes worked two jobs to make it from paycheck to paycheck. Every summer, they'd drive down to Brownsville to visit his grandparents.
Colin is a proud product of Dallas public schools. Thanks to a strong community of teachers, coaches, and the folks at his local YMCA, he earned a full football scholarship to Baylor and went on to play in the NFL.
Then, he fulfilled another dream: He went to law school, became a civil rights lawyer, and went on to serve in the Obama administration. He and his wife, Aly, came back home to Dallas to raise their family, and Colin decided to run for Congress to give back to the community that raised him.
In 2018, Colin took on a 22-year GOP incumbent and overcame tough odds to help Democrats flip the House. Now, he's running to do the same thing in 2026 and serve as a critical check in Washington on the Trump administration's MAGA extremism – but he needs your help to get there.
So please, friend, if you're ready to elect a true leader for North Texas, someone who understands the challenges working families are facing because he's lived them, will you invest $5 or more in Colin's grassroots campaign today?
Thank you so much!
– Team Allred
