As we approach the end of the year and gather for our final 2025 event tomorrow, we’re reminded how much our democracy depends on everyday Americans choosing to show up — for each other and for the values that hold us together.

All year long, people across the country have come together under the Principles First banner to push back against extremism, lower the temperature, and model what constructive civic engagement can look like.
