Dear John,
Last week, we were privileged to present Gabe Olivier’s case at the Supreme Court.
And I can tell you that when it came time to argue Gabe’s case, the justices were highly engaged. So much so that they continued questioning our volunteer attorney Allyson Ho well past her allotted time.
Some might think that means there is reason for concern. But I don’t believe that to be the case.
To help me explain, watch this interview with First Liberty attorney Nate Kellum and myself. We will give you our insights on what we heard from the justices and what their questions tell us to expect when they deliver their ruling.

John, I want to thank you for making this argument at the Supreme Court possible.
Thanks to you, our team of expert attorneys had the resources they needed to make sure that Allyson was prepared for the intense line of questions she received during oral argument.
But now’s not the time to sit back and relax.
Now, it’s time to start preparing for what happens next. A favorable ruling for Gabe by the Supreme Court means that we can start fighting for his right to share his faith in a public park.
