Dear Community,
As we approach the end of a year filled with learning, challenge, and growth, we don’t want to close 2025 without extending one final invitation to join our upcoming in-person training, How to Win Campaigns and Influence People. This is a friendly reminder that applications close on December 16 ([link removed] ) .
Led by Ivan Marovic, co-founder of the Serbian student movement Otpor! and author of The Path of Most Resistance, this three-day intensive offers a step-by-step, hands-on journey into the art of campaign planning.
At the Ayni Institute, we believe our times call for campaigns that reveal what is hidden, elevate what is already emerging, and turn shared concern into organized power. This training is designed precisely for that: to help you build people-powered campaigns that mobilize participation, shape political conditions, and make change inevitable.
Throughout the program, you will move through:
-
Identifying issues and mapping power
-
Developing strategy and sequencing tactics
-
Crafting messages that truly move people
-
Preparing for repression, backlash, and difficult political climates
By the end, you’ll leave with a practical campaign plan you can immediately test, refine, and share with your team.
If this work calls to you, we encourage you to submit your application before December 16.
