It’s Alexander Vindman.

It’s been a few weeks since Eugene demanded that Trump release his call transcript with Saudi Crown Prince Mohammed bin Salman after the brutal murder of Washington Post journalist Jamal Khashoggi. And in those weeks, the attacks against Eugene have been relentless.

It started with Trump’s White House calling Eugene “a bitter back-bencher” and “a serial liar” because he’s been unafraid to speak the truth.

Then the attacks grew tenfold. Roger Stone, Trump’s longtime political advisor, called for Eugene to be charged with “seditious conspiracy.”

And lastly, Trump and Pete Hegseth’s Department of War launched a sham investigation into him — clearly out of retaliation. And this isn't the first time they’ve gone this route. They’ve weaponized the Department of Justice against him before, too.

These attacks won’t end anytime soon, because the truth is that Trump hasn’t, and will never, forget that Eugene and I were the ones who blew the whistle on him 6 years ago when he tried to extort Ukraine, leading to his first impeachment.

So his plan is clear: Continue targeting Eugene and our pro-democracy movement.

We cannot back down, and we cannot let these attacks go unanswered. We must show Trump and his cronies that no attack they send Eugene’s way will silence him, and this grassroots team has his back. So Eugene needs a flood of resources to prove the power of our grassroots movement.
