The Senate is voting TODAY on whether to stop health care premiums from skyrocketing in the new year. |
Every time it’s come up for a vote, I’ve voted yes to extend the Obamacare subsidies. |
We’re down to the wire. Open enrollment is happening right now, and people are seeing double, triple, or even quadruple the costs they paid last year. It’s blowing up working families’ budgets, and folks who can’t afford it will lose coverage entirely. |
Trump says he won’t renew the Obamacare tax credits. No reason. |
So we need to crank up the pressure on Senate Republicans to extend the Obamacare subsidies before funding expires at year’s end. They need to hear it loud and clear: If they don’t do this, they’ll pay for it at the ballot box. |
