The Supreme Court just wrapped up their latest term and many in the recent
set of opinions and dissents that were issued are alarming.

Supreme Court experts as they analyze the latest term and the groundwork
that has been established for future conservative victories >>

While many celebrated the recent rulings that upheld anti-discrimination
protections for LGBTQ people and preserved (for now) the DACA program
established by President Obama, PFAW legal analyst Paul Gordon argues that
despite the positive results in these cases, the reality is that through
the series of recent opinions and dissents, the Supreme Court just
advanced many of the Far Right’s long-term goals.

We also cannot forget that Trump and his Senate Republican enablers have
confirmed to the Supreme Court TWO new ultra-conservative justices - Neil
Gorsuch and Brett Kavanaugh - while also confirming nearly 200 other
right-wing federal judges. The Supreme Court's conservative majority will
last for years to come, but we must ensure that it doesn't last for
DECADES.

Taking this fight to the ballot box to make sure that Trump and Mitch
McConnell NEVER have an opportunity to confirm another justice to the
Supreme Court bench must be front and center in this year's election.
