☃️ Dear SVN Members and Beloved Community

❄️ The snow is falling (soon), the lights are twinkling, and cozy has officially taken over the world.

It's that generous season of reflection and giving, and we hope you're feeling hopeful as the year winds down.

Scaling With Intention

Through reflection, dialogue, and planning, the Board (and its Membership Committee) has aligned on a clear path for SVN’s future. This vision reflects how we intend to grow, serve our members, and lead within the broader ecosystem. Here are some highlights from our new vision:

In 2026, SVN will quadruple its membership, scaling with intention.

We’re becoming the place where high-performing, values-driven leaders actually get things done: collaborating, partnering, building, and leveling each other up.

We’re showing up as the doers who shape what’s next.

We’re becoming a trusted hub inside the ecosystem of networks creating a just, regenerative, sustainable economy.

We’re stepping forward as a thought leader — sparking the conversations that push conscious business into its next chapter.

And we’re doing it now.
