In case you aren’t already a devotee, rugelach is a traditional Jewish cookie often made around holidays like Hanukkah (which is just around the corner). They’re commonly filled with raisins, jam, and chopped nuts. That’s how my Bubby made them. We have added the innovation of making them with chocolate chips. Between the buttery, flaky dough and the sweet filling, it’s the perfect way to end a meal.
