Dear Ann Arbor Community,
As our area transitions from today’s rain and snow to very cold overnight temperatures, Ann Arbor Public Works crews are actively responding to maintain safe travel conditions. Crews are currently plowing and treating residential streets, and an additional shift will be deployed at 6:30 p.m. this evening in anticipation of significant freezing.
Our teams are placing special focus on stop locations, hills, and curves, where icing can increase risk.
We are asking residents to take steps now to prepare for the freeze:

Thank you for your cooperation and support.
Sincerely, City of Ann Arbor Public Works
