We're inviting NPH nonprofit members to sign up for a series of deep-dive sessions to explore how Liberatory Design can improve organizational culture, retention, and belonging in our industry. This new program, titled Liberatory Leadership for Organizational Change (LLOC), includes professional coaching, technical assistance, and an engaging cohort experience.

PSH Compendium Training, Wednesday, January 21 from 12-1PM Join us virtually for a training session that will provide an overview of our soon-to-be published PSH Workgroup Compendium that summarizes the resources we’ve developed to help PSH properties thrive. We will share the operational tools and resources to strengthen our PSH community programs and services, and policy recommendations that can position regulating governing bodies and lawmakers with the best information and data to help defend the Housing First paradigm.

Building Power, Unlocking Capital: Advancing Equity Through Developer Capacity, Wednesday, January 28 from 11:30AM-1PM Join us virtually to explore how supporting BIPOC and emerging community-based developers is key to creating deeply affordable, community-rooted housing. Participants will learn how investing in organizational capacity strengthens long-term access to capital, enabling developers to sustain and scale their impact. Attendees will also gain advocacy tools and storytelling strategies to advance capacity-building within their organizations.
