Governor Kelly Announces
Administration Appointments

TOPEKA* – Governor Laura Kelly announced on Wednesday three appointments and one reappointment to the following state authority, council, and board.  

*Kansas Water Authority
**Purpose*: To review plans for the development, management, and use of the water resources of the state by any state or local agency. 


* Darci Meese, Lenexa
* Carolyn McGinn, Sedgwick (reappointment) 

*Kansas Humanities Council
**Purpose*: To serve as a private, non-profit cultural organization that promotes understanding of the history, traditions, and ideas that build our communities and shape the lives of Kansans. 


* Audrey Coleman, Lawrence 

*Pet Animal Advisory Board
**Purpose*: To make recommendations on changes, rules, and regulations for the Kansas Pet Animal Act.
