Over the past few months, I’ve traveled across Michigan – and everywhere I go, I hear the same thing: People are scared.

Scared about what happens if a loved one gets sick and they can’t afford care. Scared about rising health insurance costs. Scared because the federal government’s public health department is in chaos. 

And the person behind that chaos? Robert F. Kennedy Jr.

RFK Jr. is Donald Trump’s hand-picked Secretary of Health and Human Services – and he has absolutely no business running one of the most important departments in our government.

That’s why today, I introduced articles of impeachment.

Because here’s what RFK Jr. has done:

* Fired the CDC director and left critical public health leadership posts vacant
* Purged expert scientists and researchers focused on childhood cancer, HIV, addiction, and vaccine safety
* Dismantled cutting-edge research into mRNA technology – research that saves lives and powers Michigan’s innovation economy
* Lied to the U.S. Senate about his anti-vaccine crusade
* And stood by Trump as he told pregnant women not to take Tylenol – falsely claiming that it could cause autism

RFK Jr. isn’t just spreading conspiracy theories – he’s using the full weight of the federal government to turn them into policy. And Michigan families are paying the price.

I’ve heard from moms who can’t get answers on vaccines, retirees losing access to care, and doctors worried we are losing the fight to combat cancer.

I’ve had enough. 

We need leaders who tell the truth. Who believe in science. Who protect the people they serve – not endanger them.

RFK Jr. has failed us at every turn. And if he won’t step down? Then I’ll do everything I can to remove him from office.

We don’t back down from fights like this – not in Michigan.
