Heritage Foundation just released Project 2026, a governing blueprint for the year ahead. Let’s be very clear about what it’s designed to do: rebuild a country where women, queer people, trans people, and anyone outside their “ideal family” have fewer rights, less power, and no control over their bodies.
Project 2026 picks up where Project 2025 left off: banning abortion pills, weaponizing the Comstock Act to block medications by mail, embedding fetal personhood across federal agencies, and targeting trans people by restricting gender affirming care and erasing their rights in federal policy. Their goal is simple: control our bodies, our gender, and our futures.
Project 2026 turns women’s lives into state property and calls it order. And running beneath all of it is a cultural project to erase feminism entirely.
Free America rejects that. A free country means our bodies, our families, and our futures belong to us, not to politicians trying to drag us backward.
This is why January matters.
This is why we walk out.
This is why we refuse to cooperate with a plan built to take our power.
