New directives from the Postmaster General will use the USPS's financial crisis to slow down the mail, which could have devastating effects for Americans in rural communities across the country.

The Postal Service is an essential American institution -- they handle billions of pieces of mail a year. And during this pandemic, people are relying on the USPS to receive essential packages containing things like medicine and groceries.
