ISIS burned Bibles. You can make sure every Christian family in Iraq has one.

Dear Friend,

In homes across Iraq, Christian families gather to pray, teach their children, and pass on their faith. Each Christian living in Iraq survived ISIS terrorism and decades of other hardship. But while they rebuild their communities, for many, something is missing: a Bible they can read in their own language.

Even though they still speak Aramaic—the language Jesus spoke—most families have never had a Bible printed in their modern dialect.

You can help change that.

For just $10, you can place a modernized Aramaic Bible directly into the hands of a family still speaking the language of Jesus.

Family gathered with a bible

These are not ordinary Bibles. Each one is printed in Western Aramaic, using a newly corrected translation with vowels and simplified script—so everyday people, not just scholars or clergy, can engage with God's Word.

Each Bible you give:

  • Restores Scripture access in the homes of persecuted Christians
  • Preserves one of the oldest Christian languages in the world
  • Equips families to grow stronger in their faith and pass it on

“When families read the Bible together in their own language, it brings faith closer to their hearts.”
Issam, deacon and Syriac language teacher

Each donation you give:

  • $10 sends 1 Bible
  • $50 equips 5 families
  • $100 strengthens an entire church community

Every gift helps preserve faith, culture, and identity in communities who have endured persecution, displacement, and the destruction of their churches.

Will you send a Bible today?

Thank you for standing with the Church in Iraq.

Gratefully,

P.S. Many families in Iraq still don't have a Bible in the language they speak at home. Your gift helps bring sacred Scriptures and lasting hope back to where it belongs in the homes and hearts of Iraq's Christians.
