john, Subsidies that keep healthcare affordable for millions of Americans are set to expire at the end of this month—and Republicans have no plan to fix it. During the government shutdown, Democrats asked for one simple thing: Protect families from skyrocketing healthcare premiums. That's it. Keep people covered. Keep costs down. Stop playing politics with something as basic as a doctor's visit. But Republicans simply refused. Now, we're staring down a looming deadline at the end of this year, and Republicans are still divided, stalled, and arguing among themselves about whether these subsidies should exist at all. Many Republicans have made it clear they don't want any extension—even though letting the subsidies expire would send premiums soaring for families in every corner of this country. If Republicans allow healthcare premiums to skyrocket, they deserve to lose their seats for it. Families can't wait for this kind of dysfunction to magically resolve itself. People need medication, cancer screenings, mental healthcare, and treatment they can actually afford. This is exactly why we have to flip the House in 2026. We need a government that works for the people, not one that gambles with their health. If you're able, chip in $5 today to help us take back the majority and protect affordable healthcare for all families. Thanks for stepping up, Team Schrier
