Heads up, we’ve finally got a runoff Election Day on the calendar: January 31. Just under two months until we have a real chance to FLIP A SEAT blue, time to get to work y’all.
We’re mobilizing Dems in Tarrant County to get out the vote for Taylor Rehmet: an Air Force veteran and union organizer we need fighting for us in the state house.
Here’s how I know he’s special: Taylor powered a truly grassroots campaign, raising just $120,000 from July to late October — a shoestring budget compared to the nearly $1.6 million MAGA war chest behind the Republican candidate.
You know he’s fighting for working families because his campaign is FUNDED BY working families. Now’s the time to give a couple of bucks to our efforts to support him because he is being outspent, but certainly not outworked.
While the opposition leaned on big checks from MAGA billionaires, Taylor’s campaign was fueled by workers, unions, and everyday people chipping in what they could. And now he’s headed to a runoff, and folks, he’s got a real chance to win.
