It’s working: Map manipulators are starting to feel real backlash from Americans who are sick and tired of partisan power grabs.

Over the past few months, people like you have stepped up at unprecedented levels to fight back against an existential threat to our representative democracy.

But instead of backing down in the face of this backlash, they’re doubling down.

Already, anti-democracy organizations are ramping up their plans to rig electoral maps in the months ahead — everywhere from Florida to New Hampshire. They’re spending big in states like Indiana to pressure state lawmakers to back down and follow marching orders from Washington, D.C., to redraw their congressional map.

And they’re watching the Supreme Court closely to see if they’ll be handed an opportunity to pursue a full-court press of new gerrymanders across the country if the Voting Rights Act is weakened.
