We can’t just move on from this.

Trump has launched a sham investigation against me in retaliation for demanding transparency about his call with Saudi Crown Prince Mohammed bin Salman.

But let’s be honest: This isn’t happening in a vacuum. This is the culmination of years of vindictive behavior from Trump — all because I blew the whistle on him six years ago and exposed his attempt to extort Ukraine.

By calling for these transcripts, I reminded Trump that I’m still not afraid to stand up to his corruption. I’m still not afraid to tell the truth. And that is exactly why he’s coming after me again.
