New Draft Rule Language on Retail Alcohol Product Placement
In response to stakeholder feedback, the LCB rules team updated draft rule language on the Retail Alcohol Product Placement rulemaking. The rule project covers changes to the state’s rules to regulate the placement of alcohol products in licensed retail locations. The draft rule language is found on the rulemaking webpage.
