Diagnosed with type 1 diabetes at just 9 years old, Precious has endured serious complications, including kidney failure, dialysis, and multiple kidney and pancreas transplants. But through every setback, she grew stronger. While undergoing treatment, she earned both her master’s degree and PhD, turning her experience into purpose. He found strength in running—from trail 5Ks to ultramarathons—proving mile after mile that diabetes can’t stop him.
