PFAW Member,
The next president will play a decisive role in the future of a free and
open internet. They could appoint a new majority of FCC commissioners to
restore net neutrality.
Now is the time to demand that all presidential candidates commit to a
free and open internet - and reject Big Cable’s money.

restore strong net neutrality protections and to reject contributions from
Big Cable>>
Despite overwhelming public support for net neutrality, Senate Majority
Leader Mitch McConnell is blocking legislation passed by the House that
would restore protections gutted by the FCC - protections that ensure
companies like AT&T, Comcast and Verizon can’t block and slow traffic, or
interfere with our choices online.
Since the repeal of net neutrality, we’re already seeing alarming reports
of internet providers slowing online services.^1 If net neutrality is not
restored, the public may lose the ability to access sites, run small
businesses, and tell the stories often ignored by the mainstream media.
The next president has the ability to restore crucial open internet
protections -- but Big Cable is trying to prevent that by using its money
to influence the election.
Our ability to connect and communicate is at stake. We need to get every
presidential candidate on record for a free and open internet and insist
they reject donations from corporations like AT&T, Comcast and Verizon.
Will you help?
