Whether or not he admits it, friend, it's pretty clear Trump is scared of Coloradans like you and me.

He's singled us out for ensuring every eligible citizen can participate in our democracy through mail-in voting – and he's punishing workers and active-duty service members in our state by moving the U.S. Space Command HQ to Alabama over the issue.

And he's refusing to send congressionally allocated money for Colorado to administer food stamps – starving at-risk Coloradans because we don’t share recipients' private information (which we've never been required to share before) that could help his administration surveil and target folks in our state.

So after I single-handedly blocked 88 unqualified nominees from confirmation last week, I can already hear the unhinged accusations Trump will levy at me. 

My track record is proof that nothing stops me when it comes to protecting Coloradans from his cruel and out-of-touch agenda. He's scared that I’m going to use every tool I have to push back against his lawless agenda as governor, just as I have in the Senate. 

He's scared that under my leadership, Colorado will be at the vanguard of the firewall of states that put an end to his chaotic regime.

So as the governor's race gets into full swing, I know he'll make me one of Republicans' top targets for defeat – and that means rallying his billionaire MAGA allies to flood this race with millions to stop me. Because more than anything, Trump is TERRIFIED of the incredible grassroots momentum we're building together.

Good. He should be – we won't let him off the hook so easily. 

But since I don't rely on shady special interest donors for funding, I can't make good on that promise unless I can count on Coloradans like you to power this movement to victory.

So, friend, will you pitch in $5 or more now to ensure we strike real fear into Trump’s heart when we win this thing?
