Johh, let me be blunt:

Big polluters think they can keep treating our communities like dumping grounds.

They think they can bend the rules, dodge accountability, and drown out anyone who dares to push back.

Well, not on my watch.

That's why I reintroduced the Frack Pack, a set of five bills that finally closes the loopholes the oil and gas industry has relied on to escape accountability. These reforms will protect our clean air, our drinking water, and the health of families who have been left vulnerable for far too long.

For decades, low-income and minority neighborhoods across this country have been forced to live with pollution levels no community should ever accept. I've met families in our district who have been fighting the same toxic battles for generations.

No other sector in this country gets to pollute like this. No other industry gets to hide the truth about what is in our water or our air. These loopholes were written to protect corporate profits, not public health. The Frack Pack will put an end to that and put people over corporations.

But, Johh — in order to take on corporations that have endless resources and even louder lobbyists, I need you with me to fight back just as hard.
