I wanted you to be the first to know: today, I officially filed for reelection to continue serving Maryland’s Second Congressional District. 

I’m running again because now more than ever, Congress needs members who believe in a government that serves people — not the powerful. That’s the approach I’ve brought to my first year in Washington, and it’s what guides me every single day.

In a political climate too often defined by division and dysfunction, I believe truth and decency must be our north stars. If I’m honored to earn your support again, I’ll continue leading with compassion and integrity, working with colleagues on both sides of the aisle, and staying laser-focused on the kitchen-table issues that matter most to Maryland families.

Because the reality is simple: if families can’t afford their mortgage, groceries, or electric bills, little else matters.
