Sign Your Name to Commit to Pray for Kaley’s Supreme Court Case

Dear Fellow American,
We’re less than a month away from one of the biggest free speech cases at the
U.S. Supreme Court!
Kaley Chiles will stand alongside her ADF attorneys to challenge a Colorado
law that censors her speech in counseling conversations. It forbids licensed
counselors like Kaley from having conversations that could help clients regain
comfort with their sex—even if that’s the client’s goal.
It’s a clear violation of the First Amendment. But this case also points to a
much deeper, spiritual battle.
Laws like this one allow lies to spread—lies like one’s sex can be changed and
God makes mistakes with His creation. And these laws suppress truth from going
forward by forbidding people like Kaley from speaking it.
Kaley is stepping up to challenge this law. And a win in her case could help
roll back similar laws in 22 other states.
I want you to think about that for a moment. One young woman’s courageous
stand could reach countless lives with the truth.
I’ve had the privilege of getting to know Kaley over the last few months, and
I have been so encouraged by her unwavering hope in the Lord and commitment to
the truth.
It’s not been an easy road. The law threatens exorbitant fines and even loss
of her license if she follows her convictions in the counseling room. She’s
also facing tremendous backlash for choosing to push back on this law—and more
is sure to come. Our enemy, the father of lies, will work to oppose the truth
and those who speak it at every turn.
But your prayers can make a difference. As we prepare for oral argument in
Kaley’s case on October 7th, will you please pray...
* For Kaley— that God would strengthen and encourage her in the weeks leading
up to her case, and that she would sense His peace in the months to come as we
await the Court’s decision
* For her ADF attorneys—that they would have clarity of mind and speech as
they go to the Supreme Court, and that they would represent the Lord and our
clients well
* For our culture—that God would use this case to open more eyes to the harms
of gender ideology, and that hearts would turn toward the truth of knowing Him
