Every day, I receive homophobic threats and attacks, just like this one:

Tweet: Are you still an unashamed homosexual? Until you renounce your homosexuality and grow up and find a wife like a normal man, no one wants you as a representative. Most people are normal, not gay.

Herbert, these bigots think they can intimidate me and force me to stop fighting for my hometown. I have one simple word for them: NEVER.

I will NEVER give up my fight to build a world where families like mine are protected.

I will NEVER stop working to build a world where my daughter Ella is free from this kind of hatred.

I will NEVER give in to the bigots who are trying to bully me out of this race.
