Last week, Donald Trump crossed a new line in his campaign of hate.
In a cabinet meeting, he went on a vitriolic, racist rant, calling
immigrants from Somalia "garbage" and saying "they've destroyed our
country." Almost immediately, he deployed ICE to ramp up raids in
Minneapolis – ripping families apart and spreading terror in the largest
Somali community in the United States.

More than 84,000 Somali Americans call Minnesota home. Overwhelmingly,

with his racist outburst, Trump has painted a target on their backs.
And he isn’t stopping there. ICE has also descended on New Orleans in
recent days to ramp up raids, terrifying communities.

Let’s be clear: ICE is terrorizing our communities — hunting immigrants
and citizens alike. And as Congress SUPERCHARGES ICE’s budget, it’s

businesses into targets.
But here’s the thing. With a stroke of a pen, our lawmakers can cut off
the billions of dollars Trump uses to fuel this machine of deportation and
hate.
Our Revolution’s Citizen Action Team is working to organize rapid response
protests to fight back – calling out corporations like AT&T and Avelo
Airlines that are collaborating with ICE. But our voices are even more
powerful when we speak together across every city, every state.
