As we gather for the holidays and temperatures drop, AZ utilities want your bills to go up. But Kris is fighting back.

Kris Mayes for Arizona

John,

Earlier this year, APS wanted to raise energy costs for Arizonans by another 14% — while reporting $609 million in profit. Then Kris intervened to oppose APS’ outrageous request, just like she did when APS tried to do the same last year.

When Kris challenges corporate interests, she wins.

But here's what we're up against now:

The AI revolution is already driving massive new power consumption. Tech companies are building data centers across Arizona that require enormous amounts of electricity, including a proposed 290-acre site near Tucson that would require enough to power up to 250,000 homes.

And the Trump administration is adding fuel to the fire. A Princeton study estimates that annual energy costs could increase by an average of $165 per household by 2030 and $280 by 2035 because of the “One Big Beautiful Bill.” Meantime, the Supreme Court has shown it will side with corporate interests over consumers again and again.

That's why Arizona needs Kris Mayes as Attorney General. She's not afraid to take on monopolies. She's fought APS multiple times and won. She understands that at temperature extremes, affordable air conditioning and heating aren’t luxuries — they often make the difference between life and death.

Can you chip in today to help Kris keep being the watchdog Arizona families need?

Arizonans deserve an Attorney General who will keep fighting corporate greed — no matter how powerful the opposition.
