In March, we filed a class-action lawsuit to sue the Trump administration for denying incarcerated trans people life-saving healthcare and commissary items. This lawsuit is part of TLC's continued fight for the rights and dignity of trans people in prisons and detention, where we know that treatment also sets the tone for society's treatment of trans people broadly.

In August, we filed a lawsuit against Texas law SB12, which seeks to erase students’ identities and silence their stories by censoring discussions of race, gender identity, and sexual orientation in schools. We refuse to let this unconstitutional attack on young people stand, and we are fighting back in court to defend the freedom to learn, to be safe, and to be seen.

Thanks to your gifts, TLC is unrelenting in our battles against cruel legislation in the courts. We hope you will give as generously as you can so we can continue the fight for our people.
Thanks for your friendship and support, |
