Growing up, I worked every kind of job I could find — delivering newspapers, washing dishes, mowing lawns, and managing a restaurant at night. By the time I finished college, I’d worked full-time to graduate debt-free.
After school, I moved to Oshkosh, Wisconsin, and started a business from scratch. What began as a small shop grew into one of the world’s largest plastics manufacturers — exporting American goods, not American jobs.
That’s the America I believe in. The America where hard work, faith, and grit can still build something lasting.
I left my thirty-year career in the private sector to take on a deeply entrenched, three-term incumbent Democrat and won. For the first time in almost two decades, Wisconsin finally had a voice in Washington.
But as I watched the radical Left try to dismantle everything that made this country strong — our values, our economy, our freedoms — I couldn’t sit on the sidelines.
So I left the private sector, took on a deeply entrenched Democrat, and won — giving Wisconsin a voice in Washington for the first time in nearly two decades.
Since then, I’ve never stopped fighting to ensure our children and grandchildren inherit the same opportunities to succeed:

Securing our borders and strengthening our military
