Richard Neal continues to carry the title of the biggest corporate Democrat in Congress. From his Q2 fundraising numbers, we now know that 84% of his contributions from this past quarter came from corporate PACs and trade associations.
But here’s the big news: Even with all of Neal’s corporate funders, we managed to stay on pace with his fundraising. Last quarter we came only $10,000 shy of Neal. And, 95% of contributions to our movement were small-dollar donations.
