Governor Josh Shapiro has spent years trying to craft his national

In a new piece from _The Atlantic_, Kamala Harris described Shapiro
as:

_“Selfish, petty, and monomaniacally ambitious.”_

accusing Harris of _“trying to sell books and cover her ass.”_

For a governor trying to position himself as a national leader, this
