Dear friends and neighbors,

The temperature outside has taken a decisive turn and I hope you are staying warm as we race toward Christmas and New Years in the final weeks of 2025! The next legislative session begins in February next year and as we get closer, legislative activity will continue to pick up.

Reports continue to emerge highlighting the staggering levels of fraud allowed by Tim Walz. The $1,000,000,000+ pirated to fraud should have been helping Minnesotans but instead lined the pockets of criminals.

Budget Forecast Announced

Last week the Office of Minnesota Management and Budget (MMB) released their December budget forecast. One thing is unmistakably clear: The state’s financial trajectory is headed in the wrong direction. While MMB claims there will be a $2.465 billion surplus for the 2026-2027 budget cycle, that number masks the reality spending continues to outpace revenues. In the 2028-2029 budget cycle, a $5.4 billion deficit is projected. Gov. Walz and legislative Democrats turned an $18 billion surplus and a $10 billion tax increase into a $5.4 billion deficit while refusing to stop the pervasive fraud problem in Minnesota.

Minnesota’s slowing economy is a significant contributor to the projected budget deficit in the out years. The Business Benchmarks Report recently released by the Minnesota Chamber of Commerce shows Minnesota is falling behind. My Republican colleagues in the Senate and I warned of this but the 1-seat Democrat majority stubbornly ignored the facts. Minnesota ranks 38th in GDP per capita growth, 40th in labor force growth, and 41st in net domestic migration. From 2019 to 2024, Minnesota’s economic indicators flattened or turned negative. Such metrics and the reality families and employers are being driven out of Minnesota are a direct result of high taxes, crushing new regulations, and anti-growth policies passed by Gov. Walz and legislative Democrats.

Making matters even worse, health care spending continues to skyrocket which is compounded by rampant fraud in state-run programs. Headline after headline after headline reveals the multitude of scandals pervasive across state government. Nevertheless, Gov. Walz maintains his refusal to take meaningful action. Limited funds need to be preserved for people who truly need assistance. To achieve this, a top-to-bottom audit must be performed to verify eligibility and root out fraud. Gov. Walz and legislative Democrats opposed and killed the bill last session which would have created a new Office of Inspector General with the sole purpose of stopping fraud.

Minnesotans are tightening their belts while the Walz administration lets fraudsters run wild with tax dollars. Being in the minority will NOT stop me from using my voice to speak out. I will continue working hard pressing forward with legislation to bring transparency and accountability to ALL government spending.

In Other News

Gov. Walz permitted money taxed from hard working families across MN to be pirated by fraud and potentially used to fund a pipeline of terrorism.

It's already well established Gov. Walz has challenges with TRUTH, but new reports surface that Gov. Walz also retaliates against those workers attempting to reveal truth about Gov. Walz's fraud.

Much of media is corrupt, filled with many unethical and bias individuals who go nuts when they are exposed/truth comes out.

Democrats perpetrated one of the greatest scandals in American history but President Trump is working to correct and hold lawbreakers accountable.

The education system is broken. Young people in the U.S. are taught lies such as gender fluidity and human-caused global climate change while their global competitor peers in China and India are excelling in science and math.

Highly unlikely Gov. Walz has any shame for issuing drivers licenses to illegal immigrants, including issuing a reported 1/3 of all Minnesota CDLs illegally.

Institutional discrimination against Christian/Biblical truth.

Requirements for work, drug/alcohol addiction treatment, and mental health treatment assist in preventing generational poverty. None of this should be novel nor controversial.

Continued rolling back of the Biden era which accomplished precisely zero except to make cost of living more expensive and grow government corruption.

Blockbuster ruling expected next summer. It's national suicide to suggest illegally crossing the border to give birth grants legal citizenship. When ratified in 1868 after the Civil War, the 14th Amendment was intended only to apply to former slaves.

As a graduate from the U of M, I’m ashamed the institution continues to stain itself by promoting garbage.

Property taxes are rising due to billions in costly new mandates Democrats thrust onto cities, counties, and school districts across MN.

Connecting dots resulting from single-party Democrat control over the once great City of Minneapolis:

1) July 2020 = Democrats approve substantial cut to police funding

2) August 2020 = Police face staffing challenges as violence rises

3) September 2023 = Police staffing levels reach historic lows

4) December 2025 = Democrats accuse police of mismanagement

Journalistic Malfeasance:

1) July 2025 = US Attorney declares fraud in MN is extraordinary pervasive and evidence indicates could exceed $1,000,000,000.

2) December 2025 = Star Tribune commits journalistic malfeasance suggesting no evidence for $1,000,000,000 fraud for the purpose of playing defense for their Democrat friends.
