I have some amazing news to share! Thanks to incredible people like you, we’ve passed our initial Big Give goal of doubling £22,500 of pledges into £45,000 of donations. Every pound will go to support our work for a green transition based on justice.
But to sustain this critical campaign throughout 2026, we need to keep going. We’re aiming to reach £50,000 in total to ensure we can:
- Secure coverage in the media to expose how governments and corporations are grabbing resources in mineral-rich countries in the global south
- Conduct research for reports and briefings for decision-makers, laying out the evidence base for, and routes to, a globally just transition
- Create a mass online presence against the grabbing of global south mineral resources through e-actions, campaign graphics and videos
- Co-ordinate with global allies to build a strong international movement, holding joint events and focusing our collective actions to support struggles in the global south
