Hello John,

Welcome to a weekly update from your local Green Party! Last week we had one of our best ever attended member's meeting, and our campaigns continued across West London with just 5 months to go until polling day. Seeing our membership figures rise is one thing, but seeing all our new activists, inspired by a common cause, and working hard together is so beautiful to be a part of.

We were out in all our target wards twice this week canvassing and leafleting as election day draws nearer.

We had a brilliant attendance for our monthly members meeting. At which, we set ourselves up to select more candidates for May's local elections and added three brilliant new officers to our committee: filling the vacant secretary post, and adding two local (non-election) community campaigns liaison officers.

When out campaigning, most residents were really happy to hear from us and to see that we care about their area. Canvassing is powerful, could you join us next week?
