Today, we solemnly remember the 2,403 service members and civilians who lost their lives at Pearl Harbor. May we never forget their courage, and may their legacy continue to inspire generations of Americans to defend the ideals on which this nation was founded. 

  
A Win for America’s Auto Industry 

This week, I was honored to join President Trump at the White House as he announced the rollback of the CAFE standards. As a lifelong car dealer, I know firsthand what strong, pro-growth policies mean for workers, manufacturers, and families.

Standing with American Small Businesses 

Small businesses comprise 99% of all U.S. companies and are a testament to our nation’s values of hard work, freedom, and opportunity. As Chairman of the House Small Business Committee, I will continue fighting for policies that strengthen Main Street and preserve opportunity for the next generation.  

We cannot talk about strengthening small businesses without addressing the realities they face. Across cities that have embraced soft-on-crime policies, entrepreneurs tell me the same story: persistent theft, rising security expenses, and a lack of enforcement are threatening their livelihoods.  

Thanks to President Trump’s leadership, we are finally seeing real action to reduce crime nationwide. A safer America means a stronger Main Street! 

  
House Passes the Made in America Manufacturing Finance Act 

This week, the House passed my bill, H.R. 3174, the Made in America Manufacturing Finance Act, with strong bipartisan support. This legislation will significantly expand access to capital for small American manufacturers and strengthen the domestic industry. Together, we will continue to drive the America First Agenda forward and create an environment where the success of Main Street is a priority.

A Win for the Next Generation: Trump Accounts 

President Trump’s historic announcement, paired with the generous Dell gift, will give millions of young Americans the foundation they need to succeed. With the Trump Accounts program, the moment these young Americans turn 18, they could have enough saved to launch a business, attend a trade school, or help pay for college. This is how we prepare the next generation not just to participate in the economy, but to lead it! 
 
Honoring Charity and Tradition Through Baseball 

I was grateful to join our Congressional Baseball team for a great night of baseball and charity. Our team has now won five years in a row, including this year’s 13–2 victory. Thanks to the incredible support of our fans, we helped raise more than $2.8 million for local charities. Thank you to every player, supporter, and community member for making this event so special!

I joined Mornings with Maria to discuss President Trump’s Trump Accounts, emphasizing how teaching kids to save and invest strengthens capitalism and our future workforce. 

On SiriusXM, I highlighted the momentum on Main Street, where small businesses are ready to hire, expand, and compete thanks to tax relief and reduced regulations. 

I had a great conversation on Yallitics where I shared the incredible experience of meeting every president from Truman to Trump. Those moments demonstrated the power of connecting with young people and inspiring them to engage in their communities.
